Monica was prepared for the class. Explained the course. Got everyone involved in the class. She seems to be very concerned about the people that come to her. Really loved working with Monica she made the whole process simple and easy and very understandable! She has the whole process down to a T. She is very quick with appointment scheduling and gets you in and out quick. She also has a lot of contacts for different classes and places to go for classes and counseling! Would definitely go back if I had to! Prices were not outrageous either!
