We are a state-approved assessor and offer services to the WHOLE STATE OF OKLAHOMA. Our offices are in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Guymon. The price is $160$ and lasts approximately one hour and a half.
6 MONTHS TO START SERVICES AFTER ASSESSMENT COMPLETED
You must start your recommendations within 6 months of your COMPLETED assessment, or it will expire.
LICENSE REINSTATEMENT

Monica was prepared for the class. Explained the course. Got everyone involved in the class. She seems to be very concerned about the people that come to her. Really loved working with Monica she made the whole process simple and easy and very understandable! She has the whole process down to a T. She is very quick with appointment scheduling and gets you in and out quick. She also has a lot of contacts for different classes and places to go for classes and counseling!
